Hyde branch, Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. They were recommended to us to act on the sale of our property and I was so disappointed. We didn’t receive a single call from them throughout the whole process. Never returned our calls, just showed a complete disregard to us as clients.

From beginning to end of the process, their services were replete with clarity, sharp knowledge of the whole house-purchase process, and an empathy for a first-time buyer client who had plenty of questions to ask along the way. All paperwork was delivered in good time, whether via post or email.
