I can't convey how much Nicola's help meant to me. She helped me navigate the legal process, when I was too fraught to get my head round it, it in a way that: *gave me strength to persevere for a fair settlement, putting me in a better position than I was initially going to accept - giving me more financial security going forward *helped me see that I didn't have to put myself second to appease him & explained what a judge/court would be likely to view as reasonable - so that I didn't feel intimidated by his, sometimes, abusive, approach/communications. Tollers dealt with a very tricky sale for us, it involved negotiating with the official receiver n the purchase of the lease from a company that was in liquidation. It also had a buyers solicitor who seemed to invent irrelevant questions. Tollers dealt with it all totally professionally. Thank you.
