This lady deserves high praise indeed. Through out the whole process nothing was too much trouble. She explained things very clearly but when I wasn't 100 % clear she went over things again without being inpatient or becoming frustrated. She did what she said in the time scale she said she would. She was very human and reassuring. Something I will highlight was when it came to declaring where certain monies had originated from. I commented to her I felt like I was being suspected of wrong doing when that was not the case. She just fed back that she personally was confident there were no questionable transactions but that she need to comply with procedures. Somehow that made it more acceptable and normal, that so many questions needed to be answered. She was unfailingly polite and we even share some banter. She is certainly an asset to the company and if I were to use CTT again I would certainly ask if my case could be allocated to her. Thank you Emma
