Jodie and the team were so helpful and really guided me through a completely new and stressful process of redundancy. I felt like Jodie really helped me to understand what my rights were and where my employer was being unreasonable. She was great at ensuring I was completely happy and agreed with everything set out and everything was sorted in a timely manner. I would thoroughly recommend Meadows & Co to anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves in a redundancy situation.
