As a first-time buyer, the whole process of purchasing a property could have felt overwhelming, but the team made everything so straightforward and stress-free. From start to finish, their customer service, professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Enya and John were absolutely fantastic. They kept everything moving smoothly, made sure all the necessary steps were completed on time, and worked hard to ensure that both the exchange and completion dates were met. They were incredibly friendly and approachable while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism, which made such a difference throughout the process. A special mention also has to go to Sarah, the receptionist, who always held the fort downstairs with the biggest smile! She was so welcoming and friendly every time I walked through the door. Buying my first property was a huge milestone for me, and I genuinely feel I couldn’t have chosen a better solicitor to help me through it.
