Andrea took over my case mid way as it was passed down from another colleague and she quickly got up to speed, helping me focus on the key aspects and how to move forward. Throughout the whole process she was supportive and her confident demeanor allow me to feel that I was in the best hands possible and that she would "fight" for me and the best possible outcomes. Andrea "feels" like a precision machine and makes you confident that you are in good hands. Stephen on the other hand was my first ever interaction with a solicitor, and I couldn't have asked for better.
