We are thrilled with the work Samantha has done for us.. We would highly recommend her and Winston services and her team to our family and friends... Thank you

I would highly recommend Forbes Solicitors in Blackburn. Their service was exceptional. Kathryn Lofthouse kept me updated on any progress and all in all I would definitely use their services again in the future

Nicola Bennell was amazing to working with for a transfer of equity on my old property. I would not hesitate to use Richard Reed again.

Yes I had a very good experience with Tozers and would certainly recommend them to other interested parties . I was met with patience , attentiveness and thoroughness . Thank you for your time and input over the months we worked on the purchase of my property.

I’ve now used Levi Solicitors for several house moves, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve worked closely with Andrew Lancaster, who is always extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to keep the process moving as quickly as possible. Andrew has handled both my personal house purchases and my buy-to-let properties, including auction purchases with tight turnaround times. Every time, the service has been excellent. Highly recommend. ✔️

I received excellent conveyancing service by Farhani Faylors Solicitors during the recent sale of my home. I particularly want to commend Tahir Nawaz, my property solicitor. His clear, professional guidance and proactive approach made a potentially stressful process remarkably smooth. Tahir Nawaz provided prompt updates and invaluable suggestions, ensuring both a successful sale and my future protection. His excellent coordination and constant communication significantly reduced my stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Farhani Faylors Solicitors for their efficiency, clear communication, and reliable professional service.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job Scullion and in particular, Conor, did in processing my mortgage and change of title deeds which all needed to be completed in less than 3 weeks. Super conscientious, true to their word, rapid responses, which is the key, made it an almost enjoyable experience, although buying a house can be stressful. There’s no waiting and wondering whether something has been done. Also Conor really did go the extra mile to look after my best interests and make me aware of things they were not comfortable with. Genuinely it was brilliant. I will use them for any other house buying in the future as will anyone I can tell. I never leave a review but on this occasion I wanted to as it makes a difficult time as relaxed as it can be. Thanks conor, appreciate all the hard work, I didn’t make it easy for you!

We used Carlota Payne of Setfords for simultaneous house sale and purchase and she was excellent - always very prompt at replying to queries and acting on moving things forward. From having a complete chain to completion took 12-13 weeks. Thank you, Carlota!

Cerys Adcock what more can I say but a massive thank you in our long journey with sale of property. From start to finish you've exceeded above and beyond I truly can't thank you enough
