We used Carlota Payne of Setfords for simultaneous house sale and purchase and she was excellent - always very prompt at replying to queries and acting on moving things forward. From having a complete chain to completion took 12-13 weeks. Thank you, Carlota!

Incredibly straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. As someone going through this process by myself, having a solicitor who was reliable, organised, and easy to communicate with made a huge difference. Charles was always quick to respond, kept me updated throughout, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. What could have been a very overwhelming experience was made so much easier thanks to Charles’ professionalism and attention to detail. Charles handled everything efficiently, kept the process moving smoothly, and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. I always felt reassured that everything was in good hands. I would highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, approachable, and dependable solicitor. The level of communication and support throughout was excellent, and I’m very grateful for all of Charles’ help during both the sale and purchase of my property.

Professional, courteous and friedly who made the sale of our mothers house a less stressful experience.

Lisa was so friendly and always returned my calls, her patience and attention to detail were excellent.

Massive thank you to Leanne and Kathryn for sorting everything we needed. Quick responses and made everything as easy as it could be. We had a few hiccups but they were sorted in no time at all. Can't recommend them enough!

Cirencester Housing is a small registered provider of social housing. As such we require legal advice and support on a large variety of issues. All the team at Tozers takes the time to get to know us, our business and needs, and them provides a very friendly, professional service to meet our needs. This provides us and our Board of Management a high level of assurance.

A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

I received excellent conveyancing service by Farhani Faylors Solicitors during the recent sale of my home. I particularly want to commend Tahir Nawaz, my property solicitor. His clear, professional guidance and proactive approach made a potentially stressful process remarkably smooth. Tahir Nawaz provided prompt updates and invaluable suggestions, ensuring both a successful sale and my future protection. His excellent coordination and constant communication significantly reduced my stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Farhani Faylors Solicitors for their efficiency, clear communication, and reliable professional service.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job Scullion and in particular, Conor, did in processing my mortgage and change of title deeds which all needed to be completed in less than 3 weeks. Super conscientious, true to their word, rapid responses, which is the key, made it an almost enjoyable experience, although buying a house can be stressful. There’s no waiting and wondering whether something has been done. Also Conor really did go the extra mile to look after my best interests and make me aware of things they were not comfortable with. Genuinely it was brilliant. I will use them for any other house buying in the future as will anyone I can tell. I never leave a review but on this occasion I wanted to as it makes a difficult time as relaxed as it can be. Thanks conor, appreciate all the hard work, I didn’t make it easy for you!

Cerys Adcock what more can I say but a massive thank you in our long journey with sale of property. From start to finish you've exceeded above and beyond I truly can't thank you enough
