We’ve used Sweeney Miller in Sunderland both for the purchase of our flat in 2023 and more recently for our lease extension in 2026, and we’ve had a great experience on both occasions. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They kept things clear and straightforward, were always happy to answer questions, and made what can often feel stressful much easier to manage. A special thank you to Megan Martin-Lawrence and Shahar Sadat for all of their help and support, it was really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sweeney Miller and they’ve definitely become our go-to solicitors for home-related matters.
