I used Richard Reid Solicitors for my recent Lease extension. I was very pleased with my experience. All staff were really friendly and helpful. All my enquiries were dealt with immediately. In particular Sharon Hepple. I highly recommend them to anyone needing property services.

Professional, knowledgeable. Didn't waste my time and got the job done to a high standard at a reasonable cost.

Rather slow. Easy to contact her secretary but very little direct contact. Lease extension form completed and sent for official approval,. Can’t give full report until I receive final approval.

Cerys Adcock what more can I say but a massive thank you in our long journey with sale of property. From start to finish you've exceeded above and beyond I truly can't thank you enough

Lisa was so friendly and always returned my calls, her patience and attention to detail were excellent.

A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

This was our first experience of Tozers. We found them very professional and timely. Issues were brought up by other solicitors in dribs and drabs and dealt with straightaway. We were kept informed at every stage. They worked as a team and someone would always contact us.

Carina, Daisy and Victoria helped guide me through two property purchases. The first one saw the seller pull out late in the day, and when we found another one, everyone worked hard to get it quickly over the line so we wouldn’t miss out again. Buying a property is complicated, stressful and can be confusing at times, but the team help to make it that much easier to navigate. We’ll certainly be back in a few years when our lease needs extending.

Excellent Service, Neelam kept us updated every step of the way with our Lease Extension and was so very helpful, I will be recommending your company to any family/friends who may need Legal Advice in the future. Thank you so much Neelam!

Shahar and team dealt with my lease extension, I find them all extremely helpful and professional throughout the transaction and answered any questions I had. I will certainly be using them again and have already recommended to a friend, great service.

Not a straightforward process due to difficult participants in the chain but Samantha Millington and team from Slee Blackwell Solicitors came up with the results. Particular thanks to Rosie Martin and the unseen workers behind the scene.
