Dawn Hodge has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She helped me in areas I was unsure of and pointed me in the right direction making it an easier transaction throughout. I recently used Margarita as my solicitor when buying my home and I’m really happy with the service. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. She was very helpful throughout, quick to respond and clear when explaining things. She was also supportive whenever I had questions or concerns. I would happily recommend her to others.

WGA Ely (Jackie Murfitt( is our “go to” for residential conveyancing. A friendly, professional service that goes “the extra mile”. Exceptional communication to keep you abreast with progress. My latest instruction to Jackie was the sale of a former McCarthy Stone leasehold retirement flat in Derby. Dealing with the Landord’s agent and the Management Company was very challenging to say the least and but Jackie dealt with the case impeccably.

We had previous experience of using Forbes (in 2003) and were very happy then, and we were very happyagain with all that Hayley did for us on this occasion, too. Especially noteworthy was her retrieval of documants relating to the setiing up of the leasehold for the area on which our house was located: information we had not seen before, and historically iinofrmative since one of us has Clitheroe links since childhood.

Lisa was so friendly and always returned my calls, her patience and attention to detail were excellent.
