I instructed Stephen Carew on the conveyancing for my house purchase. The matter became complicated and stressful we were entered into a contract race, which required everything to be done at breakneck speed, with no certainty of outcome. Stephen provided excellent advice and service throughout, whilst all the while remaining cool, calm and collected. Stephen worked tirelessly over the course of the week up to exchange, continuously liaising throughout each day to keep me informed of the progress. As a result we were ready for exchange within 4 days of being informed we were in a contract race (before the sellers themselves were ready!). We exchanged after the weekend and completed a week later. Despite prioritising this instruction, Stephen did not charge any additional fees on top of his original estimate. Cordelia was excellent and our experience with beyond was excellent with dealing with the sellers solicitors who did not appear to be professional at all. Even after exchanging we found the sellers had left a lot of junk at the house and Cordelia resolved the issue and found a solution the same day. I would definetely recomend her to anyone buying a house.
