Poole Alcock have been great from start to finish, we have used them a couple of times previously and always use the same solicitors. They are very patient when the inevitable hick ups crop up, and make the process very simple. Always responding and keeping us well informed, it’s very reassuring from a consumers point of view. I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

Elite Law were very efficient in the conveyancing of this flat purchase, pity the same could not be said of the seller's solicitors! However, we got there in the end and Elite kept us well informed and were willing to discuss matters by phone when needed. Would recommend them without hesitation.

My mum used Rotheras (Hayley Hart and Sophie Lyndon) for the sale of her house. Really appreciate all the time and work that was put into getting everything done so quickly!
