I had a brilliant experience working with Kasper and his team on both the sale of my London flat and my new house purchase. The sale involved some tricky leasehold, freeholder, and management company issues, but Kasper navigated them seamlessly. The team was extremely thorough and efficient throughout, making paperwork hassle-free with clear guidance on what to sign. Fast, professional, and exceptional value for money—I’d highly recommend Kasper and the team to anyone!

WGA Ely (Jackie Murfitt( is our “go to” for residential conveyancing. A friendly, professional service that goes “the extra mile”. Exceptional communication to keep you abreast with progress. My latest instruction to Jackie was the sale of a former McCarthy Stone leasehold retirement flat in Derby. Dealing with the Landord’s agent and the Management Company was very challenging to say the least and but Jackie dealt with the case impeccably.

I recently instructed Kirsty at Slee Blackwell Solicitors for the conveyancing of my property sale. Recommended by my estate agent, Kirsty not only met but far exceeded my expectations. Kirsty demonstrated an extraordinary level of efficiency and professionalism. Her proactive approach meant that every detail was handled seamlessly. She maintained great communication throughout the entire process, both directly and through the supportive team at Slee Blackwell, including Sue and Ruth. What truly set Kirsty apart was how she went above and beyond by drafting essential documentation herself, navigating a way for me to avoid a significant cost that the management company were insisting on. Thanks to Kirsty, the entire process was remarkably smooth and stress free. I am deeply grateful for her expertise and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of conveyancing services. Thank you, Kirsty, for turning what can be a daunting process - especially when juggling a house move and demanding work schedule - into an effortlessly manageable experience!

A proactive supportive service. Buying and selling property is not easy when you are older but with Jane Williams at the helm it becomes stress free. I have used this Branch of the Company numerous times. Jane certainly is a perfectionist and responds to all the queries instantly. Answering every email within minutes, often at the weekend. Her team are equally deserving praise, especially Emma who supported me throughout. The loss of a buyer, working with difficult unresponsive Managing Agents and other challenging setbacks. All dealt with, not only professionally but also promptly.

A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

The whole conveyancing process went smoothly and my solicitor was very patient explaining each stage in the procedure. I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot thank Bakshi and her team enough for their solid expertise, help and support to drive through a successful completion for my very recent house purchase! Excellent and prompt communications, clear and responsive explanations and generally an incredible service from beginning to end. I first used Bakshi a couple of years ago to sell my house which was super smooth and whilst this house purchase had a few obstacles, I felt in a highly expert and capable pair of hands. I will continue to keep recommending Gepp as the best solicitors to deal with! Huge thanks yet again Brilliant Bakshi!!
