Farani Taylor represented me for my flat purchase, which was completed in November. Buying a flat can be tedious and stressful, but Milka and Ijaz’s work ethic and attention to detail kept everything on track and made the process much smoother. They identified even the smallest issues, recommended efficient solutions, and were consistently accessible via phone and email. Couldn't recommend them more and very grateful for their help.

We recently worked with Conor Greenan for our house purchase and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the whole process, and we always felt informed about what was happening and what the next steps were. Any questions we had were explained in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped reduce the stress of buying a property. The whole transaction was completed smoothly and on time, and we felt fully supported during every stage of the purchase. We would absolutely recommend Conor Greenan to anyone buying a home and would happily use them again in the future. Also, special thanks to Gillian Brown, Mandy Terrace and Stace Hamilton for helping and making the purchase smooth.

It was a great pleasure using Ella for the sale of my property and purchase of my new property. Her communication was excellent , I’d quite often sit down on an evening doing the required paper work and asking questions (expecting a reply the next day) but would often get a reply promptly. She has amazing knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing and was able to advise with any questions that I had. I felt very confident using Ella through the whole process, I would highly recommend Ella to anyone who’s looking to buy or sell a property. Everything went very smoothly, Ella made the whole process seem very simple due to her experience and ability to deal with any problems immediately without the need for complications . Thank you for all your work

Carina is a client-focused professional and was always accessible throughout my complex flat sale. She consistently kept me informed of risks and developments and ensured the sale completed despite multiple challenges and previous fall-through. She handled the various complex stakeholders, from management companies to the buyer’s solicitors with confidence and professionalism. When Carina was away, her team knew exactly where matters stood and could locate documents and answer questions without delay. She also gave advance notice of any planned absence so I could plan ahead. Communication was excellent, with real-time progress updates throughout, she was just a phone call / email away. Thank you Carina and team for making the sale of our previous loved flat a reality within the tight last minute timeframe!

My mum used Rotheras (Hayley Hart and Sophie Lyndon) for the sale of her house. Really appreciate all the time and work that was put into getting everything done so quickly! Especially Hayley on the day of completion. It’s such a nerve-wracking day but she got it done really early and I think as a direct result of that, meant the rest of the chain happened really quickly and smoothly, so can’t thank her enough for that.

We have used Jill for for all of our house moves and we highly recommend her and the whole team. Everyone is friendly and helpful and made the whole process as easy as it can be over a very stressful time. We are always pleased with the service and the price and will always return if need to.

Kathryn always kept us up to speed throughout the entire process, got back to emails promptly and was lovely to speak to on the phone. The main point to make in this review however, is that she worked tirelessly to get us over a chain imposed deadline at short notice. Thank you and Michelle for all your hard work. Rebecca and Jim
