It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. Being part of a chain is unbelievably stressful, and their good humour and expertise was a sanity anchor through it all. Healys tend to have a large chain in copy, which means that asks and emails are always picked up super promptly. They keep really diligent records and this has always meant that the communication has been fantastic. They've gone above and beyond numerous times for us, adjusting and responding professionally to frankly surreal and unique situations caused by other parts of the chain - Kiri Kkoshi, Healy's Head of Real Estate, even intervened personally at one point to resolve an issue. We used their services when we bought our flat originally four years ago and naturally ran straight to them when it became time to sell!
