We used Susan Cheesewright and her team for the sale of my mothers house. We obtained a number of quotes and looked at online reviews. The reviews for Paul Robinson Solicitors were very good and their quoted price was also very good (the various quotes we received from solicitors varied a lot, which surprised us) The whole process ran smoothly, but what was outstanding was the level of communication from Susan and her team. If I telephones someone was always available and replies to all my emails were quick. I was kept informed of the status of the sale at all times. Many thanks.

I was extremely happy with the service I had from bev she won my claim and made the process extremely easy . I would highly recommend

Had another positive experience with PCB. Emma was amazing throughout. Professional, efficient and went above and beyond.

Kyrylo assisted me throughout a lengthy and complex set of negotiations relating to a property-related dispute. From the outset, he was extremely supportive and made the process clear and easy to follow at every stage. He was consistently responsive, approachable, and understanding, and took the time to explain options and next steps in a way that gave me the confidence to move forward. I am very grateful for his professionalism and dedication, and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Amazing service from Julie, Rachel and the team in conveyancing. Efficient, proactive and customer driven. Would highly recommend.

I dealt with Brachers on behalf of my sister in selling her home, following her admission to a care home. It was an absolute privilege to be looked after by Karen who guided me through a frustrating sales experience and I was grateful for her guidance and her patience. Nothing was too much trouble and I enjoyed excellent and friendly service at every stage.

Thoroughly recommend michelle. Competent, professional and very approachable. Always returns calls when necessary and available when needed.
