Jane Baker, Vicki Lambert, and the whole wonderful conveyancing team at Healys (Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, and Kimberley to name a few!) have been our absolute heroes through the complex sale of our flat and purchase of our first house. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. They are fantastically skilled at their jobs, give timely insightful communication, and are deeply caring. Being part of a chain is unbelievably stressful, and their good humour and expertise was a sanity anchor through it all. Healys tend to have a large chain in copy, which means that asks and emails are always picked up super promptly. We used Susan Cheesewright and her team for the sale of my mothers house. We obtained a number of quotes and looked at online reviews. The reviews for Paul Robinson Solicitors were very good and their quoted price was also very good (the various quotes we received from solicitors varied a lot, which surprised us) The whole process ran smoothly, but what was outstanding was the level of communication from Susan and her team.
