Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

I have used Russell and Russell Solicitors for every house sale and purchase - each time quality service. This purchase was extremely complicated due to the chain in my sale but Karen Woods and Diane Asbury were so supportive and ensured the purchase completed and they both stayed behind after 5pm to ensure the funds got to the solicitor for the house we're buying.
