Sarah was amazing! So helpful and really responsive to our queries. We cannot praise her highly enough. My only negative comment would be one particular member of staff on reception who was unfriendly on every occasion we met,

We used Carlota Payne of Setfords for simultaneous house sale and purchase and she was excellent - always very prompt at replying to queries and acting on moving things forward. From having a complete chain to completion took 12-13 weeks. Thank you, Carlota!

Stephen and his team competently and professionally dealt with my house sale and purchase. The circumstances were challenging, however Stephen provided fantastic communication and advice throughout, making the process as stress and hassle free as possible. A refreshing change from previous house moves.

After receiving a claim against my late fathers estate, I was left feeling extremely anxious and frustrated. Chris was amazing, his knowledge and professionalism was impeccable. I immediately felt in safe hands and I received a prompt response to any queries I had. Sharnie was also amazing throughout the experience. I was so impressed with the service that I used Slee Blackwell for an eviction and conveyancing. I received outstanding service again. Thank you so much for relieving my stress, that is truly priceless!

I would highly recommend Forbes Solicitors in Blackburn. Their service was exceptional. Kathryn Lofthouse kept me updated on any progress and all in all I would definitely use their services again in the future

Conveyed my property to the previous tenant very well indeed, much better than my family's experience with another property lawyer with the same property back in 2019.

His approach was accessible, transparent and highly efficient throughout, and his thoughtful approach helped us to navigate a particularly complex house purchase. We are full of gratitude.

This was a very straight-forward sale of a property and Brindley Twist Tafft and James were professional, and prompt in doing the necessary conveyancing on my behalf. Would highly recommend them.

From the start of the buying process George was amazing, and when the inevitable challenges arose from the sellers side, George handled the issues raised with a calm authority, managing both us as buyers and the sellers solicitors ineptitude. Would reccomed him without hesitation.

Victoria and her team were patient and professional throughout the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers, the process was daunting at times and the team were there to answer our questions and put our minds at ease. I would recommend Victoria to any other first time buyers who needed an experience guiding hand!

As a first time buyer, I was very unsure what was required of me or the legal process when buying a house. The team at W & AS Bruce were very helpful and emails/questions/calls were all answered in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth and completed exactly when they said it would be. A huge thanks to them all, especially Janine and Arlene.
