It has been an absolute pleasure to have had Daniel represent me in respect to a landlord issue. He has handled all legal matters in a way that means a very satisfactory outcome to my case. Even after some years, Daniel has still taken on the legal aspects of my case and has acted professionally and given exceptional legal advise. I can't thank Daniel enough in his assistance with this matter.

Jenna was professional, friendly and accommodating throughout our entire house purchase process. As first time buyers, she patiently guided us through every step and we felt confident that all details and deadlines were being seen to. She made a stressful process seamless and we cannot recommend her enough.

We had great service all the way through our home purchase. We would highly recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons Solicitors

Tahir is very bright and was quick on the uptake regarding any queries, questions or anxieties I had about the whole process. Communication was excellent and Tahir was friendly, empathetic and a pleasure to deal with. Best of all he always answered the phone.

We recently worked with Conor Greenan for our house purchase and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the whole process, and we always felt informed about what was happening and what the next steps were. Any questions we had were explained in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped reduce the stress of buying a property. The whole transaction was completed smoothly and on time, and we felt fully supported during every stage of the purchase. We would absolutely recommend Conor Greenan to anyone buying a home and would happily use them again in the future. Also, special thanks to Gillian Brown, Mandy Terrace and Stace Hamilton for helping and making the purchase smooth.

We have nothing but praise for the way our case has been handled both by our solicitor Debbie Pearce and Karen (reception). Professionalism is to the highest standard and although the sale of our property was challenging at times, particularly for ourselves it was handled brilliantly. We would not hesitate to use Ward Gethin Archer in the future should the need arise and would highly recommend.

All round very good service from each person we dealt with at BMTC. Clear and understandable advice, timely communication and very approachable. I would use this firm again and recommend BMTC to others.

I had previously dealt with Kalim in relation to the sale of my late father’s property, so when it came to handling the sale of my late mother’s property, I did not hesitate to instruct him again. Kalim was thorough, efficient, communicative and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me updated regularly, handled matters promptly. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with Kalim and I am extremely grateful for all of his help and support. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor, and I will definitely use him again in the future.

We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you

We've used Eastham's twice now and will do so again for future house moves. Kim & Adele are wonderful, down to earth and always a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
