Susie Lennard has been absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond when working on our house purchase. She took over from another solicitor after they became absent from the firm. While we understand that such things can be out of anyone’s control, during this time we received no updates from Lilac Law and were left waiting for around two weeks, feeling ignored and worried, until we eventually received an email from Susie explaining that she would be taking over our case. From that point onwards, Susie worked incredibly hard to help us complete our purchase as quickly as possible. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how clearly she explained the process and the professional advice she gave us throughout. She was always incredibly helpful, responsive and supportive, and we are very grateful for all her hard work. We have given 4 stars because of the lack of communication and support from Lilac Law during the initial two weeks with our first solicitor. However, once Susie took over our case, she was fantastic and went above and beyond to get everything back on track. We would highly recommend Susie to anyone looking for a solicitor!

Spent the last 10 months working through a complex exchange which involved multiple layers, including a dreaded DOV in relation to estate rent charges. Rachel and Jasmine, first and foremost responded to all my questions and requests for updates in a timely manner. You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. They guided me through every stage and Jasmine was always ahead of the game in relation to the other solicitors we were dealing with. I was consistently kept in the loop with all the communications they were having with other parties. They managed expectations and acted with integrity throughout. I would highly recommend.

Beverly Davinson dealt with the sale of my property and Mark Feely dealt with the harrowing journey of my property purchase with Colin Rogers covering when Mark was unavailable.
