Both Louise and Lucinda at Parker Bullen have supported my elderly mother with excellent professional service and advice on purchasing her new bungalow. Not an easy task for an 84 year old lady to move but they were able to reassure her, advise her and ensure that the process ran smoothly and efficiently.

My experience with Hewitts was excellent. Danielle was efficient, helpful and it was a very quick process. She responded to emails quickly and answered any questions that I had. Thank you very much.

Me and husband are first time buyers and had no idea what we needed to do. Natalie was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was to small for her even pur silly questions. Always happy to help and gave great advise. Never had to wait for an answer and helped everything run smooth and quickly. A little shout out for Lauren who helped us when Natalie was away for a few days. We were worried things would go quite why Natalie was away but no it didnt and ran as it always had. Thank you Natalie and team for your help getting us to where we are. 100% recommend to anyone buying a house

Always kept fully up to date of transaction and available to speak to and if not Judith always rang back. Very impressed with the service Judith provided.

Right from the start Michele and her team were brilliant to deal with. Continuous communication throughout the process, with queries and emails responded to almost instantly. I can honestly say that dealing with Michele and the team at Russell & Russell was smoothest part of our buying journey. It's refreshing to see that great service still exists. Thank you from all of us. Davie
