We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you

We have now used Ellot Mather few times for buying and selling houses. We have found them to be friendly in their approach. Professional in their work and competitive on fees. Thankyou Lucy Webster

My partner and I used Forbes Solicitors to buy our first home, and we are so, so happy we did. We were hit with several unfortunate circumstances outside of our control throughout the process, and Stephen, Kathryn, and the rest of the Forbes team, dealt with every single one with extreme diligence, professionalism and care. We were constantly updated with the information we needed, and we were always met with empathetic and kind natures. We are truly grateful for their work, they really went above and beyond to get our house purchase over the line and to an extremely pressing deadline. We would absolutely recommend Forbes Solicitors, and Stephen and Kathryn in particular, to anyone wishing to purchase a property.

Hannah and Lilly were both so helpful. We never felt like a nuisance even when we were ringing and emailing with millions of questions. Everything was explained to us so clearly and we had regular updates throughout the process. Would 100% recommend

Priya was fantastic throughout our property transaction. She was professional, responsive and genuinely cared about us, making sure we felt supported every step of the way. We’re very grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her.

As a first time buyer I was both clueless and confused about the process of buying a home, both in terms of the law and in terms of practicalities too! Luke and his colleagues at TV Edwards were brilliant, responsive to all of my questions, knowledgeable about both property law and things like surveyor's reports, and always in my corner during what might have been an adversarial process of completing the purchase. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying a house

Georgina did a fantastic job for me, always on the ball, proactive, thorough and professional and worked hard to drive the process forward whilst protecting my interests at all times. This was the second time Georgina has done conveyancing for me and the next time I need conveyancing I will seek her services again. Breath of fresh air after other experiences with different conveyancers.

We recently (January 2026) completed a property sale with SAS Daniels LLP which ran very smoothly. I was selling on behalf of my mother as Power of Attorney, which I thought may cause a slight delay, this was not the case as all the necessary questions were asked at the right time and swiftly followed through. Would certainly recommend.

I could not recommend Laura and Daniel enough. They were so kind throughout the whole process. I am very anxious and they kept me updated every step of the way. Nothing short of amazing service worth every single penny. We are so glad to have worked with them on this milestone and what they achieve for us in a short period of time was phenomenal we are so greatful. I cannot thank Laura enough for her hard work and dedication to our property purchase. Both were so kind and reassuring when any bumps in the road occurred, phone calls to clearly explain what is happening and how we are going to proceed this was amazing for me as I am a worrier! Thank you Laura and Daniel.

Fantastic service from the start. Always happy to help explain things in a way we could clearly understand. Could always get hold of on the phone or in person easily. Very professional and kept us informed every step of the process, especially at some tricky points that were encountered and overcome. Extremely happy with service and happily recommend to anyone to use.
