Lisa was so friendly and always returned my calls, her patience and attention to detail were excellent.

Really happy again with Shabana and the team. Very responsive and good at pushing the other solicitors when needed, if I needed extra pushes or advice they’re always quick to act on emails I sent

A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

We were very satisfied with Sam Reid’s conveyancing. He was easy to work with and really thorough in making sure we knew all the details of our purchase of a relatively new building.

I received excellent conveyancing service by Farhani Faylors Solicitors during the recent sale of my home. I particularly want to commend Tahir Nawaz, my property solicitor. His clear, professional guidance and proactive approach made a potentially stressful process remarkably smooth. Tahir Nawaz provided prompt updates and invaluable suggestions, ensuring both a successful sale and my future protection. His excellent coordination and constant communication significantly reduced my stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Farhani Faylors Solicitors for their efficiency, clear communication, and reliable professional service.

We used Carlota Payne of Setfords for simultaneous house sale and purchase and she was excellent - always very prompt at replying to queries and acting on moving things forward. From having a complete chain to completion took 12-13 weeks. Thank you, Carlota!

Cerys Adcock what more can I say but a massive thank you in our long journey with sale of property. From start to finish you've exceeded above and beyond I truly can't thank you enough

We were recommended Elite Law and especially Holly by a friend who was very impressed with her. And I can see why ! Holly is more then good a her job, she excels at it ! From 1st contact she has been brilliant, she just gets on with the process, and always seemed ahead of the rest of the chain, trust me, if there is any delay in the chain, it won't be Holly holding it up. The communication is 2nd to none, she is so responsive to emails, you never have to wait long for an answer, especially when she knows your worried about something! We got regular updates, even if there wasn't anything new. You wont need to chase; Holly will let you know as soon as something happens; it so nice to know this, as we have all heard of solicitors who are slow and non responsive, this making Holly is a breath of fresh air. If Holly isn't about then you know who you can talk to as she provides you with contact names; in our case Cheryl was our contact; and she kept the high stands set by Holly, so it really is a good set up. And to top it all.... Holly is so nice to talk too as well, she is the complete package. Just to prove how high we regard Holly, she is now dealing with my Parents' sale and purchase, plus my Son's flat purchase; if that's not a ringing endorsement I don't know what is! I would recommend Elite Law and Holly to anyone, knowing they will be impressed. Thank you so much Holly, not sure we could have done it without you ! Barrie and Sue

Not a straightforward process due to difficult participants in the chain but Samantha Millington and team from Slee Blackwell Solicitors came up with the results. Particular thanks to Rosie Martin and the unseen workers behind the scene.

We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you
