Lisa was so friendly and always returned my calls, her patience and attention to detail were excellent.

We had to move to these solictors last minute, and they have been amazing. The communication has been excellent, they have been swift to act, they've been on top of everythign and have gone above and beyond. Big shout out to Dan L who has been amazing to work with. Will certainly be using again! Thanks

A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

This was our first experience of Tozers. We found them very professional and timely. Issues were brought up by other solicitors in dribs and drabs and dealt with straightaway. We were kept informed at every stage. They worked as a team and someone would always contact us.

I received excellent conveyancing service by Farhani Faylors Solicitors during the recent sale of my home. I particularly want to commend Tahir Nawaz, my property solicitor. His clear, professional guidance and proactive approach made a potentially stressful process remarkably smooth. Tahir Nawaz provided prompt updates and invaluable suggestions, ensuring both a successful sale and my future protection. His excellent coordination and constant communication significantly reduced my stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Farhani Faylors Solicitors for their efficiency, clear communication, and reliable professional service.

Margarita Ivanova made what could have been a stressful mortgage and conveyancing process feel straightforward from beginning to end. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Everything was explained clearly in a way that was easy to understand, and I always felt informed about the progress of my case. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated how proactive she was in keeping things moving. It was reassuring to know I could contact her directly whenever I needed clarification, and she always took the time to provide clear and honest advice. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend Margarita and Setfords to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing solicitor. Thank you for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Cerys Adcock what more can I say but a massive thank you in our long journey with sale of property. From start to finish you've exceeded above and beyond I truly can't thank you enough

This was a very straight-forward sale of a property and Brindley Twist Tafft and James were professional, and prompt in doing the necessary conveyancing on my behalf. Would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Kalim at Elite Law for conveyancing . The first time was excellent service, very pro-active and professional. Therefore, the choice was simple to use him again. The service was just as good this time. Again he was pro-active, pushing to get completion in a very professional way.

Not a straightforward process due to difficult participants in the chain but Samantha Millington and team from Slee Blackwell Solicitors came up with the results. Particular thanks to Rosie Martin and the unseen workers behind the scene.

We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you
