W&AS Bruce we’re recommended to me by my mortgage advisor when I was buying my own house. They were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner, fast service and great prices! Definitely recommend.

Throughout our process both Jaiker and Emma kept us informed and up to date via emails and calls. Great service and professional. Definitely hats off to them both on the actual day of our move, keeping us informed!! It’s our third time using Straw and Pearce Solicitors !!

What a great company to handle all my property purchases, lease extensions and will writing matters. Expert advice, professional and personalised service. You really are in safe hands with Mark Feely and his experienced team. So pleased to have been recommended to them over 10 years ago. Just completed another purchase for me in a very difficult market. Well done!

Georgina has supported me on every occasion I have had regarding my property. Absolutely faultless and very informative throughout the entire process.

Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.

From start finish everything was done in a timely fashion and was incredibly thorough. We have used Natalie three times now for home sales and purchases and we wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you!

Melissa Claire and Abbie have delivered my mum’s move brilliantly. Melissa inspired confidence and was efficient, knowledgeable and charming and pushed the exchange through on quite a tight schedule. It could have been very stressful - moving my mum from one side of the country to another - but really hasn’t been. Many thanks indeed!

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

I cannot thank Bakshi and her team enough for their solid expertise, help and support to drive through a successful completion for my very recent house purchase! Excellent and prompt communications, clear and responsive explanations and generally an incredible service from beginning to end. I first used Bakshi a couple of years ago to sell my house which was super smooth and whilst this house purchase had a few obstacles, I felt in a highly expert and capable pair of hands. I will continue to keep recommending Gepp as the best solicitors to deal with! Huge thanks yet again Brilliant Bakshi!!

Londjana has been absolutely exceptional. Her communication is clear, detailed, and incredibly professional, which made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She operated with full transparency, provided clear instructions, and worked with impressive speed conducting searches quickly and helping us to get a very fast completion to buy a home. As someone who has just begun my property investment journey, finding a lawyer, this reliable and efficient has been a blessing. Professional and affordable, and because of this very good experience, I intend to do all of my future mortgages with her. Highly recommended.
