Not a smooth process as potential purchasers changed the payment process (added in a second person offering funding) not far off completion date and then requested an earlier completion date which was inconvenient for us.

I just wanted to express on my behalf of my self and the Payne family how wonderful it was to have your company be our conveyancers for the sale of 15 holtom street. We particularly enjoyed working with you both and wanted to commend Izzy. From the start Izzy has been a joy to work with. Izzy is professional, efficient and knowledgeable and helped us through this process with ease. I understand she is a trainee and working with her didn't feel like this. We wish her all the best for the future and hope this helps her with her career progression. We will recommend yourselves to anyone we hear looking for a conveyancer in the future.

Have recently used Fisher Jones & Greenwod regarding a dispute on a rental property. The service provided by Billy was personal, efficient, concise, and very effective. Communication was clear and I felt updated at all times. A refreshing change from other solicitors I have used in the past and would not hesitate to use Billy again.

5-Star Review for Solicitor I recently used Solicitor to handle the legal side of my mortgage process, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was efficient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Communication was clear and timely throughout — I always felt informed and confident that everything was progressing as it should. They answered all my questions with patience and clarity, which gave me real peace of mind. Most importantly, they handled every aspect of the mortgage process with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring there were no delays or surprises. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and competent solicitor for their property or mortgage needs.

I used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy my first home - Alex and his team were wonderful. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way. There were a couple of bumps along the way that needed sorting - Alex handled this all so the sale was very much stress free! I've already recommended Alex to a friend who's currently using him for the purchase of her first home too.
