We were recommended by our housebuilder to use Nelsons as our conveyancer for the purchase of our first property and we had an amazing experience. Lisa was always on hand, whether it be at the end of the phone or email to help with any questions. Lisa was very thorough and prompt with her explanations, which was great as first time buyers, as we did have a lot of questions! Even if Lisa wasn't in, she would give us warning and reassure us that someone else at the firm would be able to help in her absence, and they did just that in just as efficient of a manner.
