Ella and Eleanor were amazing from our initial inquiry to completion. We were FTB and were fully guided by both Ella and Eleanor throughout the transaction. They acted in a timely manner, explained everything, and also never backed down despite the sellers’ solicitors being absolutely shocking. Ella and Eleanor answered our queries whenever we had any. What was reassuring also was that the transaction never paused– if Ella or Eleanor were away, the case was still being picked up and progressed. In contrast, our sellers’ solicitors were away for 2 weeks and they didn’t have anyone to pick the work up. Eleanor chased them throughout. Even on completion day, Eleanor was amazing and handled the sellers’ solicitors and EA’s hiccup. We couldn’t have asked for a better conveyancing team and we will definitely use BMTC again in future. We can’t recommend them enough.

My wife and I were first time buyers so quite overwhelmed by the house buying process. Jenni acted as a knowledgeable, patient and detailed guide throughout the entire process, we could not have done it without her! We had some difficulties with the seller not providing required information and documentation about the house we were buying. Jenni fought our corner the entire time, providing guidance as to why the documentation was needed and ignoring pressure from the seller until we had it.
