We had used Kavitha for a prior house sale and purchase and recently did so again. She did not let us down. Kavitha’s experience and expertise made sure we addressed all aspects of the process thoroughly and timely. She pushed the whole chain forward, working tirelessly to obtain frequent updates and kept us informed and reassured throughout. I would 100% recommend Kavitha and her expert, professional team.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Alister & Rachel have been super efficient throughout a complicated purchase, they’ve communicated clearly, provided great advice and made the journey much more simple. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Clark Willis again in future.

We've recently used Kirsty Trevis from Maitland Walker Solicitors, Minehead for our latest move and have nothing but positive comments to report. Even though I've known Kirsty for many years, she remained professional through the whole process, always prompt to answer my many questions. She was caring, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much for seeing us through our move and thank you to the team at Maitland Walker for being so helpful too.
