I have used Russell and Russell Solicitors for every house sale and purchase - each time quality service. This purchase was extremely complicated due to the chain in my sale but Karen Woods and Diane Asbury were so supportive and ensured the purchase completed and they both stayed behind after 5pm to ensure the funds got to the solicitor for the house we're buying. It was so stressful but they were so supportive and we can't thank them enough. Totally recommend using this firm for both sales and purchases.

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. Wouldn’t hesitate to use her in the future - thank you.

Selina Troughton and Emily Speers were totally elite! They helped navigate our sale and onward purchase and were fantastic throughout. Both were extremely helpful, friendly and their communication was utterly brilliant. I could ask them questions at any time and would receive rapid replies. When the sale was held up due to a tricky landlord situation, they were extremely proactive and ensured our sale went through. Thank you again both.

Stephen is a most patient and considerate practitioner with gentleness in his diligence and efficiency . In matters of conveyancing the stakes are high and it’s a significant time which made me appreciate all points of contact with staff members as his colleagues.

My mum used Rotheras (Hayley Hart and Sophie Lyndon) for the sale of her house. Really appreciate all the time and work that was put into getting everything done so quickly! Especially Hayley on the day of completion. It’s such a nerve-wracking day but she got it done really early and I think as a direct result of that, meant the rest of the chain happened really quickly and smoothly, so can’t thank her enough for that.

As a landlord, I hired Bartosz to work on a dispute I had with a tenant. I found Bartosz to be very easy to work with, professional and to-the-point. He was very efficient, attentive and communicated well. The job was effectively carried out and I would recommend Bartosz for landlord-related services.

Excellent service from the start to the finalised claim Very prompt and efficient as well as very knowledgeable

Used them to purchase the freehold to my house and they were very understanding of my lack of understanding of the process. All requests and information was delivered considerately and with clear explanations of what was required and where it fitted in the grand scheme of the overall process.

Adele helped me with the purchase of my house and along with jenny helped make it a largely smooth process. Thank you!
