We were recommended Elite Law and especially Holly by a friend who was very impressed with her. And I can see why ! Holly is more then good a her job, she excels at it ! From 1st contact she has been brilliant, she just gets on with the process, and always seemed ahead of the rest of the chain, trust me, if there is any delay in the chain, it won't be Holly holding it up. The communication is 2nd to none, she is so responsive to emails, you never have to wait long for an answer, especially when she knows your worried about something! We got regular updates, even if there wasn't anything new. You wont need to chase; Holly will let you know as soon as something happens; it so nice to know this, as we have all heard of solicitors who are slow and non responsive, this making Holly is a breath of fresh air. If Holly isn't about then you know who you can talk to as she provides you with contact names; in our case Cheryl was our contact; and she kept the high stands set by Holly, so it really is a good set up. And to top it all.... Holly is so nice to talk too as well, she is the complete package. Just to prove how high we regard Holly, she is now dealing with my Parents' sale and purchase, plus my Son's flat purchase; if that's not a ringing endorsement I don't know what is!
