Alex Eddy at Martin Tolhurst helped us push through a very time sensitive purchase whilst being extremely thorough, responsive and transparent with any potential risks etc. We managed to complete the purchase despite a few challenges which our solicitor was always on top of and pushed the other side where necessary. The only thing I'd find even more helpful would be some sort of progress tracker that tells you % wise how far you are in the process, which is very hard to understand as a layman, and often times a large number documents were shared with no further explanation or commentary which can be overwhelming.

We recently sold and purchased our property using the services of martin tolhurst. Alicia has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process going above and beyond often doing the work that the estate agent should be chasing with a difficult chain. Can't recommend martin tolhurst enough and if you're lucky enough to have Alicia as your conveyancer you're in good hands.
