Possession claim case

Giles Dobson acted on my behalf to claim
possession of a family property. He was extremely efficient and explained the steps very carefully. The pricing was transparent and overall he made a difficult experience much easier. Would definitely recommend Giles to anyone.

I was recommended Martin Tolhurst Partnership by my partner and they did not disappoint.
My case was one of a difficult nature, which lasted three and a half years. I contacted Martin Tolhurst in 2021, and my case was taken by Giles Dobson.
I have not had any dealings with solicitors or courts before, but Giles was very professional, could not of asked for anyone better to represent me.

Giles provided excellent advice and support.

Giles provided great advice and helped me resolve a property issue dating all the way back to 1981. I wouldn't definitely recommend him and and use his service again.

Very prompt responses and honest advice

Two solicitors from Martin Tolhurst have dealt with my divorce proceedings over the last 14 months (having wasted a stressful year with another practice). Family issue

We would like to thank Giles Dobson for all his help, guidance and understand in our situation. We had tried another solicitor previously but had a very bad experience with them. I would like to express my deepest appreciation towards Martin Tolhurst and more specifically towards Mr. Dobson and all his administrative and legal associates who worked on my case. My case was about the relocation of my child away from the U.K.. It was extremely confrontational to the degree of utter polarisation – at times probing the limits of civility. However, Giles managed the case impeccably and thanks to his services I can know look forward into the future with the ‘glass half-full instead of half-empty’.
I would like to draw attention specifically to his exemplary customer-calibrated ethos. When the time came and we had to make a choice, while he could easily keep ‘churning out’ legal costs, he leant on me more as a friend and less as a legal counsellor with the aim to bring about closure – which we did.
I, along with my daughter, ‘owe’ him.
