Faultless.

Cally and Ellie of the Sittingbourne branch of Martin Tolhurst have been faultless. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a house to use their services. Constantly professional and friendly with an ability to maintain composure and an eagle eye for detail at all times, Cally and Ellie took so much stress out of the house buying process. I can't recommend them enough.

House sale

Martin Tolhurst Solicitors were excellent from start to finish. Lesley Weller and Alicia Holland kept me well informed throughout. They made my house sale smooth and straightforward. This is my second time using MTS and they were also great 5 years ago; Lesley Weller was also involved in that sale and purchase.

Extremely helpful

So I dealt with Amanda and Laura from teh Sittingbourne branch for the process of buying my house. After the small hiccup of my original solicitor Callum no longer working for the company, (unfortunately I didn't find this out until the sales liaison for the purchase told me) . Amanda went above and beyond with Laura to update me on the stages of my purchase, and advising me on what I needed to do next etc given that I was a first time buyer. I felt as though I was in good hands the entire time

Avoid

1 star as no option to leave none. Went with this company as a recommendation from Ward and Partners. Would avoid at all costs. Had to do nothing but chase them, even on the day of completion worst experience I have ever had with a solicitors

Exceptional team

Can't fault how much effort the team (particularly Cally and Ellie) looking after our house sale have been. Ellie has gone the extra mile so many times keeping us updated on various situations by phone and email during quite a drawn out transaction. Very happy to recommend Martin Tolhurst Solicitors.

Martin Tolhurst Solicitors offered an excellent service when selling my house. They moved the process along smoothly and efficiently, keeping in touch throughout and always being friendly and helpful.
Lesley Weller provided an excellent service along with Alicia Hollands.
I also used MTS 5 years ago when buying and selling and, again, they gave an excellent service, Lesley Weller was also the solicitor at that time.

Our Thanks go to Cally Davies Solicitor and Ellie Freeman Legal Secretary at Martin Tolhurst in Sittingbourne for the excellent work carried out of the Part Sale to a family friend, of a Joint Ownership property. This was completed in very good time and they had excellent communication between all three parties involved. On our experience we would highly recommend this company. And would not hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend using Martin Tolhurst Solicitors for all your conveyancing needs. All the paperwork was sent to me by email which helped to speed up the process, and I had access to an online portal so I could monitor what stage we were at as the sale and buying process progressed. Amanda, my conveyancer, was always contactable by phone, and was happy to answer or help with any questions that I had. The whole process went very smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
