Executors Sale of retirement flat
I sold through Modern Auction as the market is very low for these properties and we needed the property sold because of steep ongoing costs to the landlord FirstPort, the management company E&M and the 200% Council Tax on an unoccupied property. Martin Tolhurst solicitors were selected for me, and I found them to be very good.

Highly Recommended Solicitors
We used Richard Carter at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors for selling our flat in London as well as buying our bungalow in Ramsgate. Able to Work Within Very Tight Timescale Really Pleased
Richard Carter was wonderful in acting for us with the purchase of our bungalow in Kent. We were relocating from London and as my husband and I have health problems, once we decided to move we decided it had to be done quickly. He was able to stick to our very tight timeframe which was also set by the seller, who wanted a very quick sale after being let down initially by a buyer in May. We are also using Richard to sell our London flat. We recommend Martin Tolhurst Solicitors highly.

Excellent Communication, Smooth & Efficient Process!
I was very pleased with the service I received from Richard Carter & Heidi Gray - a professional & friendly service.
There were a few bumps at the beginning, however once Heidi & Richard took charge of our case, everything was a very smooth process from that point.
