Grateful to Hannah and the staff at Martin Tolhurst. Started divorce proceedings as a LIP in Jan 2024, instructed Hannah at start of 2025 as needed legal counsel. Hannah talked me through each stage and never served me away from what I was asking for. Emails have been acknowledged and replied to, calls have been replied to and the constant worry as to outcome was not needed as we were successful in court.
High recommend.

The best team out there!

We had a rough ride with sellimg our house, almost falling through etc, Gemma and her team have been superb from start to finish, and its been a long 8 months. I must have driven Gemma mad at times, but my phone calls, emails and general concerns/queries were alwsys responded to, without any delay. Honest advice and recommendations always, i never doubted Gemma, i knew we were in the best possible hands. wouldnt hesitate to recommend MT to anyone needing services, 10/10

Amazing service, would definitely recommend.

Martin Tolhurst solicitors assisted me when my marriage broke down, helping me to finalise a consent order, as well as my divorce. Hannah and her team were so supportive and helpful, in what was a very stressful time for myself and my children. Hannah especially went above and beyond to give me the best advice, and ultimately helped me settle the marriage finances and divorce, without the need for drawn out, costly court proceedings. I was updated at every stage, and responses were very efficient. I am forever grateful.

I can't recommend Kirsty enough for conveyancing. Even though the whole process took an entire year due to constant delays, she was fantastic throughout. She was always happy to help with any questions and never seemed bothered by the hold-ups.
What really impressed me was her professionalism combined with a really personal approach. Despite the long timeframe, she stuck to her original quote, which was a huge relief. Plus, she was always so accessible – she always answered the phone whenever I called. If you're looking for a conveyancer who is both highly competent and genuinely cares about their clients, Kirsty is the one.

I have recently completed on the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home. From start to finish the service I received from Gemma Nie and all of her team including Anita, Lauren and Nicole has been quite outstanding. Despite some issues with my vendor's solicitor everyone kept me fully informed and made the process as stress free as possible. They were very sympathetic to my situation as a I had a gap between properties and managed to complete on my new property extremely quickly.
