Khalid Mughal has been qualified for over 20 years and has always dealt with conveyancing; be it residential, plot sales and purchases and commercial. He has been with MTP since July 2015 and has concentrated on commercial property in his current role. He acts for first time tenants and landlords as well as the more experienced business person and company in granting leases, renewals of the same as well as licences associated with this. He assists buyers and sellers of freehold and leasehold commercial property as well as the sale and purchase of businesses, including off licences, post offices, restaurants, event venues and care homes. He also supports the Company Commercial Department in the property aspects of a purchase or sale of a company. Khalid is also the port of call for individuals and companies who require independent legal advice for personal guarantees. It is important that parties understand that signing these documents is an onerous obligation on their part and he seeks to give prudent advice to clients so that they are aware of what they are actually signing and letting themselves/or their company in for.
