Gemma Nie from Martin Tolhurst was our solicitor dealing with the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. We must say that she was absolutely amazing! SO prompt,professional and friendly. This was my second property in which I had used Martin Tolhurst Solicitors..I had fate in coming back to them for my second buy because the first conveyancing went well.
But alas, this second conveyancing which was done by GEMMA NIE went a notch above.Her professionalism and promptness in replying to queries is way and above going the extra mile.I was so confident when I made an offer telling the vendor that I had solicitors that could complete for 6 weeks and bingo,Gemma deliver! Working with Gemma N was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail really set the bar high. She patiently guided me through the entire process, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed every step of the way. Her friendly approach made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. After every single email that Gemma would send me, I would immediately call her to discuss everything she had already written to me and she would always answer the call and never refer back to the email she had sent. It got to the point where Gemma would just answer the call on the first ring because she knew I would be calling for an after email follow up chat.
