Seamless process from start to completion

Gemma Nie and her brilliant team recently helped us purchase our dream house. They kept us informed throughout the process. I can’t not recall ever having to chase them for any updates which takes all the stress out of what can be a dramatic time. I would highly recommend Martin Tolhurst Solicitors

    Professional and great communication

Quick to respond to emails. Worked hard to get the house completion done in reasonable time. Whole team working together. Good communication. Well priced. Come up with solutions if you have problems.

Great service! Gemma Nie took over our file after our previous contact left, she quickly got up to speed and was thoroughly helpful. It wasn’t an easy sale with our buyer’s solicitor not responding quickly and asking for lots of information but Gemma was always super quick to reply to us and other people involved. I would definitely recommend Gemma and will go back to her when I purchase my next property.

I cannot recommend Gemma and her team at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors highly enough. They supported me through what turned out to be a two-year journey of selling my home and purchasing a new one, and their professionalism, expertise and dedication never wavered. They were always on hand with sound advice, reassurance and a positive attitude. Thanks to her persistence and hard work I am now happily settled in a home I absolutely love. A huge thank you to Gemma and the entire team for their patience, kindness and outstanding service throughout. Their support made all the difference, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they did.

Gemma Nie at Martin Tolhurst handled our recent property purchase brilliantly. She was professional, thorough and always quick to respond. She explained complex legal matters clearly and caught important details in the paperwork that needed addressing. Despite some challenges during the transaction, she kept things moving and brought it to a successful completion. Highly recommended for anyone needing a conveyancing solicitor.
