I have used Gemma now on a couple of occasions in relation to selling and buying my own properties as well as an executor of my late uncles estate. Gemma is simply amazing at her job and makes the whole process stress free. Even when we had some difficult enquiries Gemma was on hand to sort these very quickly and efficiently. I simply can't thank Gemma enough, an excellent communicator who kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend Gemma and will definitely use her again in the future.

I have recently completed on the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home. From start to finish the service I received from Gemma Nie and all of her team including Anita, Lauren and Nicole has been quite outstanding. Despite some issues with my vendor's solicitor everyone kept me fully informed and made the process as stress free as possible. They were very sympathetic to my situation as a I had a gap between properties and managed to complete on my new property extremely quickly.
