I can't recommend Kirsty enough for conveyancing. Even though the whole process took an entire year due to constant delays, she was fantastic throughout. She was always happy to help with any questions and never seemed bothered by the hold-ups. What really impressed me was her professionalism combined with a really personal approach. Despite the long timeframe, she stuck to her original quote, which was a huge relief. Plus, she was always so accessible – she always answered the phone whenever I called. If you're looking for a conveyancer who is both highly competent and genuinely cares about their clients, Kirsty is the one.
