Charlotte is the most amazing Solicitor. She is professional, attentive and organised. My situation was complicated with the added issue of me living on the other side of the world, but Charlotte didn't make this an issue. She would always reply as soon as she could and work to have the answers for me. This saved all the back and forth. I cannot reccomend Charlotte enough she is truly an asset to Martin Tolhurst at Sittingbourne.

Quick and efficient
From offer to completion was just over 6 weeks. Any questions we had were answered and documents were sent in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic!
Charlotte Farrant was fantastic throughout what to me was a complex matter with two other parties involved, there were delays through no fault of ours, Charlotte was promptly chasing with excellent attention to detail, keeping me updated and well informed at each stage, promptly replying to all emails sent and doing the best job possible for me. I couldn’t rate her more and can’t thank her enough. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent Professional conveyance, by Charlotte Farrant and her team
This was the first time that I had used Martin Tolhurst and from start to finish of the Conveyance process of our property, we were kept fully up to date by Charlotte and Abbie.
Despite numerous queries being raised, due yo our property being Grade 2 listed, all were resolved speedily and enabled a fairly quick Exchange and Completion of the Sale to all parties satisfaction.
