We recently purchased our new house and used Martin Tolhurst Solicitors from start to finish. They were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and we were guided and supported every step of the way. The most important thing for me during what is a very stressful process was knowing that if I ever contacted them they would respond instantly, in the most professional and supportive manner. The person who dealt with our purchase was GEORGIA CARTER who was way beyond amazing. Georgia was part of Charlotte Farrant’s team and made the whole process so much smoother. The reality is, Martin Tolhurst Solicitors made everyone else’s solicitors seem like a bunch of amateurs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend this solicitor. Our move experience was made all the less stressful due to the dedicated service that we received throughout, both for the sale and purchase of our old and new property. The team at Martin Tolhurst always responded to all our enquiries within 1-2 hours, (on occasion out of normal office hours). Although telephone calls were not answered immediately, our backup E Mails and voice messages were responded to in the time detailed above by either E-Mail or via a direct call. Charlotte, Abbie and the team were friendly, professional and attentive to all our needs throughout the sale and purchase periods. I would use the firm again without question.

Charlotte took over our case from another solicitor and seamlessly helped navigate the sale and purchase of two properties. She was very thorough in her work, and very clear and transparent about a number of what seemed to be complex matters. She was also very ably supported by her colleague Abbie. The whole process with the Estate Agents, vendors etc was generally chaotic, but Charlotte and her colleague definitely were the one part of the process where there was no chaos.

Charlotte is the most amazing Solicitor. She is professional, attentive and organised. My situation was complicated with the added issue of me living on the other side of the world, but Charlotte didn't make this an issue. She would always reply as soon as she could and work to have the answers for me. This saved all the back and forth. I cannot reccomend Charlotte enough she is truly an asset to Martin Tolhurst at Sittingbourne.
