I had a great experience with Amanda Hopper
Firstly like to say a big thankyou to Amanda hopper and her team, she was absolute dream to work with was always on my side working in my best interest things cropped out out of my control and she did everything to keep me calm, response times were great and was always on other end of the phone I usually called once a week. I honestly cannot thank her enough. I won’t hesitate to use Amanda and the team again.

Extremely helpful
So I dealt with Amanda and Laura from teh Sittingbourne branch for the process of buying my house. After the small hiccup of my original solicitor Callum no longer working for the company, (unfortunately I didn't find this out until the sales liaison for the purchase told me) . Amanda went above and beyond with Laura to update me on the stages of my purchase, and advising me on what I needed to do next etc given that I was a first time buyer. I felt as though I was in good hands the entire time

Avoid
1 star as no option to leave none. Went with this company as a recommendation from Ward and Partners. Would avoid at all costs. Had to do nothing but chase them, even on the day of completion worst experience I have ever had with a solicitors

We had a very protracted conveyancing experience, through no fault of our solicitors, but Amanda and her team were very supportive and helpful. They responded to our calls and queries in a timely fashion and gave guidance on those issues which we were unsure about. We would be happy to recommend their services to any other clients.

I would highly recommend using Martin Tolhurst Solicitors for all your conveyancing needs. All the paperwork was sent to me by email which helped to speed up the process, and I had access to an online portal so I could monitor what stage we were at as the sale and buying process progressed. Amanda, my conveyancer, was always contactable by phone, and was happy to answer or help with any questions that I had. The whole process went very smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
