Lesley Weller provided an excellent service along with Alicia Hollands.
I also used MTS 5 years ago when buying and selling and, again, they gave an excellent service, Lesley Weller was also the solicitor at that time.

House sale
Martin Tolhurst Solicitors were excellent from start to finish. Lesley Weller and Alicia Holland kept me well informed throughout. They made my house sale smooth and straightforward. This is my second time using MTS and they were also great 5 years ago; Lesley Weller was also involved in that sale and purchase.

Smooth transition
I was expecting loads of problems & legal jargon. We actually achieved a smooth exchange & completion with a simple process. We were obviously lucky to have a good buyer giving us a stress free time. The legal team were always helpful & knowledgeable, the fees were very good.

Good service but unfinished
Hi the service from Martin Tolhurst has been good, improvements to keeping you up to date it would be great not to have to ring every two weeks to find out what is going on.
Also returning email messages to say that they have received them, but am I being picky!!
The overall service as stated at the beginning that the service was good is still how I feel.

Happy customer
I had Lesley and Alicia dealing with my purchase and I was very satisfied with how extremely efficient and quick they both were with answering all of my emails and queries as well as getting everything done. It should have been straightforward!
What was a straightforward transaction became a nightmare caused by buyers solicitor but through all Ms Weller at Martin Tolehurst Sittingbourne kept me up to date with all the ins and out . All went ok at the end and finished well big thanks all round

sale of property
This was a house sale with no chain and a cash buyer. I and my two other trustees were charged with the sale of the property which was held in trust from the will of Audrey Gwendoline Bracken who died some 20years ago. One of the original trustees, Paul Bracken, died two years ago but two replacements had been legally assigned a year ago. Ti caused some difficulty initially but was resolved.
I'm not sure if I was a good or difficult client but Lesley Weller always acted in a professional manner.

Recommend highly
Martin Tolhurst helped us through a particularly trying sales process. We changed estate agents towards the end of our ordeal and Lesley and Alicia stayed with us all the way.

Fantastic service.
Martin Tolhurst is a very reliable and professional company. Lesley and Alicia were very efficient in the purchase and sale of our property. Always quick to respond to any questions we had and kept us fully informed of proceedings the whole way through.

Do Not use - RUDE, UNHELPFUL
My sister was advised to use this solicitor for the sale of her house. What a nightmare !! No communication, acted like my sister should not ask questions and would not progress the sale in a timely manner. Every time she called was promised a call back but no call ..changed solicitor's in the end ... If you want your house sale to go through do not use them
