As freeholders, we needed to put in place a licence for an extension that a leaseholder had added to the property. It took a long time and a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, including having to complete all the forms twice (not because of any fault of Bridge McFarland) because it had taken too long and Docusign had invalidated the original documents. The lawyers at Bridge McFarland kept persevering and we got there in the end!

Just want to say I've dealt with Bridge McFarland for approx 30 years, when I bought Rose Cottage, Patrick Purves looked after me at the time,over the next few years he helped me buy some "buy to lets",I was quite sad to learn he'd retired as he was fantastic and such a character,To be then replaced by Dale Crumblehome who I found equally helpful and equally as lovely . Then as we all know he's taken on a different role ,so consequently Evie Jacklin has recently helped me sell the bungalow in Mablethorpe,I found her equally as lovely, equally as helpful, and equally as fantastic as Patrick and Dale.. and I want to say a big Thankyou to Evie and Bridge McFarland for Evie's work this time,and all you've done over the years, thanks again Martin Willoughby

Good, Professional and Friendly

I chose to engage Bridge McFarland for my property purchase specifically because I had used Tracy during a previous property sale and found her to be both efficient and competent all at a fair price. The conveyancing process went smoothly, with only one minor hitch, that being a last minute request for some up to date ID, this I feel could have happened earlier to avoid panic.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I genuinely cannot thank Mia Harper at Bridge McFarland in Louth enough for everything she has done for me. After an extremely traumatic and completely unexpected situation caused my house sale to come to a halt just 3 days before completion, I was left under an unimaginable amount of stress and genuinely thought everything was over. At a time where I felt desperate and completely overwhelmed, Mia gave me hope. Mia took on my case extremely last minute and somehow managed to redo an entire 4 month legal process in just 3 days - something I still cannot quite believe. I can only imagine how difficult and demanding that must have been alongside her already incredibly busy workload, but she made the time for me and handled everything with such compassion, professionalism and care from start to finish.
