Excellent from start to finish
I couldn’t recommend Mia Harper more highly as a solicitor. From the outset, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain complex legal issues in a way that made me feel informed and confident throughout the process. Her attention to detail and dedication to achieving the best outcome was clear in every interaction.
A special mention also goes to her assistant Evie, who was consistently organised, efficient, and responsive—nothing was too much trouble. Together, they make a truly outstanding team. Communication is key
Mia was fantastic from start to finish kept us fully informed. Chased relevant parties on our behalf whenever requested and oftentimes on her own accord. Made everything as smooth as possible. Will only ever use Mia for anything property law related for as long as I live! Special mention to Evie who is an amazing member of the team and was on hand to fill in any gaps in Mia’s absence. Mia is a star

Exceptional service from start to finish
Mia was instructed for the both the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new property. Herself and her assistant Evie kept in regular contact throughout the process which made what is a stressful time much more relaxed. When there were issues with the chain at the last minute Mia negotiated tirelessly to ensure that we were able to move into our new property on the completion date we had expected. Nothing was too much trouble for Mia. Having used a different firm when I purchased my house last time who didn’t communicate with me and made the whole experience very stressful and unpleasant it was wonderful to be able to have full confidence in my solicitor this time round. I have already recommended Mia and Bridge McFarland to colleagues and friends.

A stress-free first home purchase!
We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Mia during the purchase of our first home. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly stress-free, quick, and remarkably simple to understand.
As first-time buyers, we were prepared for a complicated and overwhelming experience, but Mia simplified everything for us. They were always clear in their explanations, patient with our questions, and proactive in keeping us informed every step of the way. We never felt lost or confused, which was a huge relief.

Professionalism with a smile.
My wife and I first used Bridge McFarland when we returned from a decade in France. We received first rate service, despite the problems our buyer caused in a very protracted affair. We never got to meet the team looking after that sale and the corresponding purchase in Lincolnshire.
Fast forward 5 years and this time we were looked after by a different solicitor, Mia Harper, who was supported by an excellent team of assistants.
Evie Shaw was our main contact and she proved to be a very calming influence for us in what again, proved a less than straightforward sale and purchase. Utterly efficient but exuding friendliness. However, if Evie wasn't available, her colleagues were similarly helpful and efficient.
This time we got to meet most of the people handling our transactions and beginning with the ladies on reception, the people we met were always cheerful and very welcoming but quick to respond to the reason for the visit.

Best of the best
When buying our first home, my partner and I were really anxious about how long the entire process would take from viewing to completion. The amazing team at Bridge McFarland Louth were on contant communication with us and put all worries to rest.
