Recommend without hesitation

Jacob and Karen worked on the sale of a leasehold and purchase of a freehold property for me, both of which had a lot of complications or unusual features, and tight timelines. They were always responsive, friendly, extremely helpful, and completely on top of every detail of both transactions. Every step of the way they exceeded my hopes and expectations.

If you are lucky you may find a conveyancing team that is as good as them, but you will simply never find a conveyancing team that is better than them.

Left it all to the Solicitor

It sounded stressful to sell a house and buy another but I didn’t have to bother thinking about it as Tracy did everything and I just sailed through. It was annoying having to prove the source of my funds but I guess that is the law now . I would always get a response to my queries the same day however. Why is Tracy’s name not in the list of Solicitors to choose from ?

Found John more than helpful very professional I gave up on a couple of other conveyors when I got in contact with John he explained in detail what I needed to do and maid my stress levels disappear always on the end of the phone if I needed anything thank you John 😊
