Fantastic, quick conveyancing services
I was recommended Bridge McFarland for conveyancing services by a friend and have been incredibly impressed with the service I received.
My point of contact was Tracy Mattison who was friendly, proactive and excellent at explaining the process of buying my first property to me.
From start to finish I was kept in the loop with regular updates, and as a result, was moved in to my property 10 weeks after my offer was accepted. I was also told my my estate agent that I should use a London-based solicitor, I do not find that to be the case as Tracy was on top of my case the entire time.
Wholeheartedly recommend Bridge McFarland, Tracy in particular, for conveyancing services. Thank you!

Exceptional!
Over the years, my partner and I have dealt with a lot of solicitors for personal and business house sales and purchases. Jacob Odam is by far THE best solicitor we have come across. Over the past 6 months, we have purchased three properties and sold one and whilst they have had their complexities, Jacob kept us updated throughout and provided us with timely responses. If we were unsure or needed additional detail he would go above and beyond to make sure we understood.
We had dealings with other members of the team at Bridge McFarland and there was a high level of consistency in regards to the knowledge and communication shared with us.
The aftercare has been second to none. We've had to get some things expedited and Jacob has still acted in our best interests, pushing things through and ensuring we get the results we require as quickly as possible.
They really have been a pleasure to deal with and if you're reading the review to ascertain whether or not to use them - DO IT!
Whenever we're asked 'what solicitor do you use?', there now isn't any hesitating as to who we'd recommend. It makes a refreshing change.

Very Professional Service
This was my first property sale, and was made as painless as possible through this firm. I had some setbacks thanks to a difficult London market, however Jacob did his utmost to keep costs to the minimum. Communication was almost instant and I never had to chase (which I was warned can often be the case with some conveyancers).
I would highly recommend using this firm for a property sale.

Excellent from start to completion!!
8 or 9th time of using and once again I was kept informed all the way and Jacob and Karen managed the process tremendously, particularly as it was a challenging deal.

Very professional and helpful
We've used this firm twice now for moving house and each time they've been perfect. Any issues that could have delayed the move were dealt with swiftly, extremely knowledgeable staff and very friendly too.
Highly recommend, also used their other services with no issues.
