We recently worked with Ryan to complete the purchase of a commercial property and the service was excellent from start to finish.

From the outset, Ryan demonstrated his expertise in commercial property and guided us through every step of the transaction.

Communication was always prompt, professional and clear. Ryan was particularly effective in coordinating with the seller’s solicitors and our bank to keep everything on track and meet deadlines.

We felt looked after throughout the process and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Ryan again for future property transactions.

Quick, realistic and pragmatic legal advice

My company has been working with Ryan and the team for over a year on a tricky multipul tenant/landlord issue. When I call for advise Ryan listens to the issue and gives clear and direct advice based on the law and the realistic interpretaion of it. He is open and honest about the timescales and the bumps we are likely to hit. While sometimes frustrating, this knowledge allows me to me good and competent decisions.

Excellent outcome when things got a bit tricky!

Despite numerous hurdles (down to the lender) Ryan kept me updated and helped me to overcome these. Even with a tight deadline, Ryan still achieved it in very tough circumstances. I found Ryan's approach to conveyancing clear and 'down to earth'. Highly recommend.
