Leanne Crellin is an amazing , professional, very compassionate and was incredible throughout the whole process for my dad whilst setting up his Will and lasting power of Attorney .
My dad was never rushed and she explained everything to him on the first visit prior to proceeding will all his legal requirements.
My dad was very comfortable to be seen alone as per the legal requirements for legal discussions and what he wanted setting up.
I would highly recommend Leanne at Bridge McFarland and we will be continuing with some other services within this company and do not intend on going anywhere else in the future as this company is now our family Lawyers.
The whole Team were wonderful right from the front desk to Leannes assistant and Leanne herself throughout the whole process.
I had tried to get a lawyer as I live in Australia and was flying into England but no lawyer would respond.
So when I arrived I searched the internet for the top reviews and called the helpline.
I received a call from there contact centre within 15 minutes and by that day I was fully booked in to see Leanne and within 5 days my dad had everything fully signed up.
Leanne Crellin, my sister and I can not thank you enough for the care and how you looked after our dad and was patient with him in a very passionate way.

"A BIG THANKYOU"
I have been with Bridge McFarland for 50 years and would not go anywhere else, they are like family to me and I always recommend them to all family and friends. They have helped me with properties and the running of a business and the sad loss of family members with Wills etc. and lots of advice when needed; hence "A BIGH THANK YOU".

Experience with Leanne my solicitor
Leanne was very professional and helpful after my husband Bryan died in August 2021, she also assisted me when I did a Family Trust in 2023

Probate of mum's estate
Leanne was caring, understanding and happy to guide my brother and I at a difficult time. From start to finish dealing with our late mum's estate nothing was too much trouble. Leanne kept us fully up to date with matters at all times. Not only did Leanne provide us with her professional advice but she cared for us as a family. I would recommend her to anyone who has to deal with matters after loosing a loved one, her caring nature and professionalism makes matters just that little bit easier. Cannot thank her enough.

Re Estate of my late partner Michael Stapleton Pheby
Following my late partners death I had difficulties with my late partners sons demanding I sign a TR1. They said they didn't like my attitude when I refused and continued to be very unpleasant, eventually saying they would take me to court. Ms Leanne Crellin has been marvellous in dealing with this problem first of all telling them I wanted Grant of Probate, because of Mike finances and secondly when they threatened me with legal action. Ms Crellin sent a letter to them explaining why I didnt have to sign having been in touch with the Land Registry. I now have peace of mind and am very grateful for her help in this matter. Personal injury trust
This is not the first time I have used Bridge McFarland solicitors and just like the first time the service and advice was first class and professional I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed there services Leanne was very helpful professional and even had a sense of humour

The Long Run
I am in the USA and although it was a long process of two years to get my deceased mom's estate settled, LeAnn was super throughout the whole deal.
